Hands and Hearth Farm Hands and Hearth Farm is a small-scale vegetable farm in Durham Region.

It's a passion project started by Luke & Carelle who aim to practice traditional agriculture methods and grow food without the use of artificial chemicals.

Summer might be coming to an end, but we’re gearing up for fall! We’ve been working hard at making wheat decorations for the fall. We have been hand making wheat wreaths and wheat bundles made with wheat grown by Luke and his family. Our wheat bundles are available at Reesor’s Farm Market for purchase and we will also be at the Markham Farmer’s Market on September 20th selling our fall veggies and our fall decorations!

What makes our cherry tomato mix so special? We exclusively grow heirloom varieties with different flavour profiles to give our customers a unique experience. Our tomatoes are vine ripened and grown outside alongside their companions. On our farm, we believe in the philosophy of companion planting and the importance of preserving genetic diversity in crops.
