Through a guided Milk Tasting (Milk Cupping), participants will compare different kinds of milk side by side, building sensory awareness and practical understanding that can be applied immediately in a café setting or at home.

You’ll gain:

• A clear understanding of how milk solids affect sweetness, body, and foam stability
• The ability to recognize high-quality, barista-level milk
• Insight into how milk choice influences consistency, workflow, and customer experience
