Made with a homemade scone base, creamy vanilla cheesecake, my Strawberry Prosecco Jam and topped with a fresh strawberry.

I love creating seasonal treats inspired by the flavours of Joy in a Jar and bringing them to life in Joy in a Bite.

A little more information about my self-service Pastry Shed 💛

🗓 Current opening days:
Tuesday & Thursday from 9am
Sunday from 10am

During the week I’ll mainly offer cookies, tray bakes & sweet treats that are perfect for grab & go ✨

On Sundays there may also be fresh bakes like scones and other weekend specials 😊

💳 Payment:
You can pay either by QR code or cash.

Everything is baked in small batches to keep it fresh and to avoid food waste 💛

And honestly… the more people stop by and support the shed, the more often I’ll be able to open and expand the selection over time ✨
