In 2008, our sister company Buckley Farms was founded, specializing in raising livestock in a non-traditional way where animal welfare is a top priority. In 2012, our founder, Hussein El Buckley went to the UK and attended a Butchery training then came back and founded Butcher House, which opened its doors in Maadi in 2014 and later on in 2015 opened its branches in Fresh Food Market. In 2016, he left and started giving contextualized and tailor-made meat awareness trainings both locally and regionally in places such as Nafas school of agro-culinary arts and sciences, Monappetit & Kitchen three in addition to the kitchenlab in Lebanon. In 2017, The Right Cut was established as a direct outlet to Buckley Farms and continuing the trainings and awareness sessions to the consumers, in addition to the consultancy and B2B supply to restaurants, Caterers and Hotels The Right Cut has also partnered with Ma7ali in Maadi on developing smoked sausages & other item.
