Working in a small artisan micro bakery means waking up thinking about sourdough… and going to sleep smelling like fresh bread 😅🥖

Every loaf goes through a very strict “quality control process”:
first we look at it 👀,
then we touch it 🤲,
then we smell it 🤤…
and finally we taste it “just to make sure” one, two… maybe five times 😂

Honestly, we sacrifice so much for you:
long fermentation hours,
hands covered in flour,
and the extremely difficult task of eating warm bread every single day 🥲✨

So yes… you definitely should try our bread.
Not only because it’s delicious,
but because someone has to help us with this very serious quality control mission 😌🥖
