30°C today and we're expecting plenty of BBQs to be fired up across the Costa Blanca 🔥

The team have been busy getting the counter stocked up and here's just a small selection of what's ready for today.

🥩 Busy week at Wilbys

This is what our Square Sausage looks like before it's sliced.

The recipe came from a butcher friend in Glasgow. It's a family recipe that has been passed down through generations, and thankfully he trusted me enough to share it.

Before anyone asks... no, I'm not sharing it! 😂

Some recipes are meant to stay secret.

What I can tell you is that every batch is made with care, left to rest before slicing, and prepared the same way we've always done it.

We're often told it's the best square sausage around, and that's a reputation we're proud of.

Quality. Tradition. No shortcuts.

That's the Wilbys way.

🥩 Busy week at Wilbys

This is what our Square Sausage looks like before it's sliced.

Honey & Soy pork steaks on the counter this morning 🔥

Not going to lie… these are looking dangerously good already 😅

🔥 The BBQ counter has been busy again today 🔥

Skewers, koftas, steak burgers, Chinese pork, hot & spicy belly and sausages all flying out 😅

Some customers have been building their own BBQ packs from the counter and mixing flavours 👀

And yes… the Cajun skewers are getting hit hard again 🔥
