Summer Crostini with Belletoile Brie, Grilled Apricots & Honey 🍑🍯
Ingredients:
- 7 oz Belletoile Brie 70% (sliced)
- 1 baguette (sliced)
- 4 ripe apricots
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh thyme (optional)
- Salt, pepper
Preparation:
1️⃣ Cut the apricots in half, brush with olive oil, and grill until nicely charred.
2️⃣ Toast the baguette slices until golden.
3️⃣ Top each crostini with a slice of brie and a wedge of grilled apricot.
4️⃣ Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with thyme, salt, and pepper… and enjoy! 😋
