✨Life is never perfect, nor is weight loss and maintenance
✨Keep working on getting your thought process away from I’ve been β€˜good’ or β€˜bad’, so you’re neither β€˜in’ or β€˜out’, just keep trying to do your very best.

✨If you have fallen down, brush yourself off, take a deep breath, and then try to get straight back up. Keep making sure that you get out of your own way. You are your biggest hurdle. Not other people. You.

✨If you have one flat tire, do you slash the other three?

✨Failing is part of the progress and there is only one way to improve, and thats trying again.

✨Just keep moving forward one day at a day, one meal at a time. One foot in front of the other.

✨Overall be kind to yourself, and never ever give up, or lose sight of your goal or what it represents, Improved health. Mentally and physically. Now that’s worth fighting for.

7 Health Habits for Weight Loss

πŸ’­ Always Think Positive - the hardest thing I’ve found about losing weight is changing my mindset to β€˜I Can!’ has been crucial for me on days I’ve got on the scales and haven’t seen the losses I’ve wanted.

🍳 Don’t Skip - kick start the day with a meal that’s going to boost your metabolism and leave you feeing full through the morning.

πŸ’¦ Drink water when you wake up - in fact drink water all the time. I really notice each week when I haven’t drink my 3ltrs of water a day. It helps to flush toxins, helps you feel alert and reduces .

πŸŒ“ Don’t eat to close to bed - it’s going to stay on your hips all night. You’re not active enough to shift it, it’ll digest really slowly amd disturb your sleep.

🍲 Make lunch your biggest meal - I like to restrict my carbs after the afternoon, eat my largest day around mid day and then have smaller meals in the afternoon to keep my ticking.

🚢🏻Move everyday - whatever it is, from walking more, taking the stairs, or afternoon delight, Move more and enjoy the weather.

πŸ’€ Prioritise good - I’m not very good at this as I’m a bit of a night owl but setting bedtime routines and boundaries is really important and it also makes sure I wake up more naturally refreshed ❀️
