🌶️ Philli Chillies is 16 today! 🎈

In 2009 after decades of owning sprawling allotments, stuffed herb gardens and fragrant, toasty greenhouses Phil took his love of growing, cooking and community to his kitchen. With his higgledy spice jar rows and herb lined windows he created the perfect space to fulfill a local craving for sweet hot chilli sauce.
And so, with the dedicated help of his wife Eileen, Philli Chillies was born!

In 2025, after many closely supervised sauce making sessions, Dad handed over his recipe books to me!
Don’t worry though Phil is always at hand to answer any questions and dish out any chilli related advice and he is still growing many varieties of chilli which are used in our delicious sauces. 🌶️
