We’re shining a spotlight on George, who joined our Corporate Graduate Scheme at Hilmore House, Bradford – the heart of Morrisons.

George first worked part-time in store while at university before deciding to take the next step and apply for the graduate scheme:

"Before joining the Graduate scheme, I used to work part time in Morrisons whilst I was at uni, and when my store’s People Manager suggested I apply, there was no other role I wanted.

I’ve been on the scheme for just over a year now and have learnt so much. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time on the programme!"

Across the two-year programme, graduates gain experience across teams such as marketing, online, wholesale and corporate services, alongside time spent in stores to better understand our customers.

Our Graduate Scheme will see you make a real-world impact to our business.

This 2-year programme will allow you to gain exposure to all the different areas of the business and work alongside internal teams to drive our success. Day-to-day, you could be:
🔍 Finding solutions to business challenges using data and analytics to support your suggestions
📈 Improving the efficiency of processes throughout the business by identifying trends in data
🗑 Minimising waste within our manufacturing sites and stores
💰 Improving our sales and service through customer insights

Our Finance Graduate Scheme is built to help you learn by doing, with meaningful experience across core areas of Morrisons.

Lucy, who joined us in 2024, is already seeing the impact of hands-on learning and the fast pace of life in finance at Morrisons.

“Morrisons is a fast-paced environment, and no two days are ever the same. It’s so much more than numbers on a screen - it’s where I’ve learnt the most about the business and myself.”

Lucy has already taken part in team-building work, spent time in stores to understand operations and had the chance to represent Morrisons at the Great Yorkshire Show.
