Not a big fan of the spotlight… but definitely a big reason this business runs the way it does.
This Women’s Day we’re celebrating our amazing co-owner — the one doing most of the graft behind the scenes while helping keep the food trucks rolling, the café running, and the sauces flowing.
From sorting the things no one sees, to jumping in wherever needed, she’s a huge part of what keeps everything moving (and keeping the rest of us in line too). The passion, dedication and hard work never go unnoticed.
Strong, humble, hardworking and a huge part of what makes this business what it is today.
