⛩️西門街市 每週食譜:可樂排骨炒年糕
🍽️超簡單又抵食,甜甜地、香噴噴,保證食到停唔到口~
步驟超easy:
1️⃣排骨先凍水落鑊,加薑片、料酒、蔥,大火煲滾撇晒浮沫,撈起沖乾淨。排骨加生抽、老抽、蠔油、少少鹽,撈勻醃20分鐘先。
2️⃣熱鑊落冷油,中火煎排骨兩面金黃,逼出啲油脂。倒可樂蓋過排骨,加蒜蓉,大火煲滾轉細火燜20分鐘。
3️⃣落年糕一齊燜10分鐘,等年糕吸晒汁變軟糯!試味,唔夠鹹加少少鹽,想辣就加辣椒粉,大火收汁收濃稠。上碟灑白芝麻、蔥花,再淋啲香油,香到飛起!
🐷整完即刻熱辣辣上碟,配碗白飯一流~🍚
⛩️Westgate Market Weekly Recipe: Coca-Cola Ribs with Rice Cake
🍽️ Super easy, super cheap, sweet & savoury – once you start, you won’t stop! 😋
Steps – dead simple
1️⃣Blanch the ribs: Cold water in the pot, add ginger slices, cooking wine & spring onion. Bring to boil, skim off all the foam, then take ribs out & rinse clean.�Marinate: Mix in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce + a pinch of salt. Let it sit 20 mins.
2️⃣Heat pan, add cold oil. Fry ribs on medium heat till both sides golden & fat comes out.�Pour in Coke to cover the ribs, add minced garlic. Boil on high, then turn low & simmer 20 mins.
3️⃣Toss in the rice cakes & simmer another 10 mins so they soak up all the sauce & get soft & chewy! Taste – add salt if needed, chili powder if you want spicy. Crank up heat to thicken the sauce. Plate up, sprinkle white sesame + chopped spring onion, drizzle sesame oil. Smells amazing!
