It’s not just steak that ages at our HQ. We hang our ‘top bits’, which include the topside and silverside roasting joints, for 3 weeks before cutting for sale online and at our butchery. This ageing make for the perfect roast beef.

It was a pleasure to share the demo stage with and . Great food, great company, and an amazing crowd who clearly appreciate a properly cooked steak.

Days like these are a welcome change from spending most of my time in a 6°C cutting room!
