We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Administrator & Marketing Coordinator to support our farm-to-fork butchery business. This varied role combines marketing, website management, customer communications and office administration, helping promote our sustainable meat offering while supporting day-to-day operations.

Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week (2/3days).
📍 Location: Lampeter, SA48

Key Responsibilities

📝Marketing & Communications📝
• Manage and update the company website.
• Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Develop content for social media and marketing activities.
• Promote our farm-to-fork and sustainability story.
• Support campaigns, events and seasonal promotions.

🖥️Administration & Office Support🖥️
• Process invoices and supplier paperwork.
• Reconcile invoices and maintain records.
• Liaise with the accountant and support bookkeeping.
• Manage customer enquiries and correspondence.
• Organise office systems and documentation.
• Support general business administration.

💬Commercial Support💬
• Assist with reporting and business performance tracking.
• Maintain customer and CRM records.
• Support stock, supplier and order administration.
• Help improve business and administrative processes.

🗂️Essential Skills🗂️
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience updating websites (WordPress, Shopify etc).
• Email marketing experience.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Desirable
• Basic bookkeeping experience.
• Social media marketing experience.
• Knowledge of food, farming, agriculture or sustainability.
• Experience with Xero.

We are looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, hands-on and able to work independently. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety and becoming a key part of a small business rather than specialising solely in marketing or administration.

We are settling in to our new production unit and it’s now time to introduce to one of our new features. Our Himalayan Salt Ageing Chamber. This is where the finest Welsh beef and some cuts of Welsh lamb and mutton will mature.

This natural process enhances tenderness, concentrates flavour and creates a richer, more complex steak experience.

We have elevated our field to fork experience even further!
