We have something really very exciting to tell you.....

🎉 The Food Hub is going WEEKLY at the end of this month🎉

We will be trialing this for the whole of July, reviewing it at the end of the month to see if this can be something we can keep going and roll out across the region.

During this pilot, we won’t be able to cover all our usual collection points each week but you’re welcome to collect your order from those locations covered, of course!

📢 Please tell your friends and family, neighbours, postie…. anyone!

Our goal has always been to run weekly and to ensure this consistency, we will certainly be looking for more volunteers to join the team, following review, in order to carry it on!

There's a in town from Galloway Scottish Pasta available for the first time this week on the Hub!

💙 100% ingredients.

🌾 Slow dried pasta made in the heart of the from wheat flour grown and milled in East Lothian, oat flour grown and milled in Aberdeenshire and a pinch of Ayrshire sea salt.

🍝 They use bronze dies and a slow dry process to give their pasta a rougher texture that will hold your favourite sauce perfectly.

😋 The oat flour and slow drying gives the pasta a softer and creamier texture and colour.

🧀 is a short cut tubed pasta that makes a great mac and cheese.
