Remember to have any pre-orders locked in with me before 5pm tomorrow (Thursday) ! 🤩

Due to selling out faster and faster every week.. I will be doing my biggest bake to date.. so there will be lots available on Saturday morning !!

I will also be trialling some New Cookie flavours this week.. 😋 Don’t panic all the old favourites will still be here too!!

Special sourdoughs this week will be announced closer to the weekend ! But let me tell you now... you’re in for a treat !! 😆🐐

I have been keeping this one a little quiet… 🙈😋

Absolutely buzzing to announce that I am now supplying The Ship Inn at Red Wharf Bay with my Sourdough breads for use on their menu!! 🚢⚓️

First delivery this morning… hopefully the first of many! Looking forward to what’s in store for the future!! 🤩🐐

I can’t thank Rich and his team at Melin Llynon enough for allowing me the opportunity to provide them with my sourdoughs throughout the summer season!!
And I can’t thank everyone enough that popped in to buy one! Thank you!! 🤩

My sourdough loaves will still be available to purchase from the windmill with deliveries made every Wednesday and Friday until the end September.. 🤩🐐

Ps Rich, thank you for the tour of Mr Holt’s Chocolate Factory this morning!! What a place!! 🤩🏭🍫🐐

I am so proud of Ryan from The Giggling Goat 😆 What a deserving guy!!

His sourdough has been such a hit during his first season that he is already expanding his bakery 👏🏻

I hope you guys enjoyed grabbing the special Llynon Flour versions at the mill this Summer!! He will be supplying us until the end of September 🥰

This week has been awesome! I was half expecting things to quieten down a little as the summer holidays are now over.. but wow!! 😮🤯 I was wrong!!

Richard at Melin Llynon threw a slight curve ball and asked if I could make an extra delivery to the windmill Saturday as he was expecting a busy weekend.. yeah sure no problems!! 😰🤦‍♂️

I pushed to make sure I had baked plenty enough for the pop-up here (55 loaves) as well as the sweet treats etc and I was still sold out completely by 11.30! 🤯 and that’s not including the pre-orders.. (and may I add that I had a record number of preorders this week too!) 🙈🙃

A lot of sourdough was baked Saturday morning and I can’t belive that every single one sold! 🤯🤯🤯🤯

I am sorry that a couple of you missed out and that a few more didn’t get first choice etc but… what I have learnt this weekend is I can bake just a few more loaves than I had thought.. meaning if the demands is still there I can and I will bake more loaves on a Saturday!! 🤩

I am beyond grateful to everyone that has come out to support me ! Either to the Saturday pop-up or purchased from one of our wholesalers, thank you!! You are all incredible!! 🫶🐐

Lots of goodies getting ready for tomorrow’s pop-up bakery!! 🤩
We will have available a good selection of freshly baked sourdoughs!! Including the classic favourites such as Red Onion, Jap-A-Lino and the plain white’s and wholemeals..
