Homemade Pancake Mix 🥞
No need to buy store bought pancake mix full of additives! Whip up a pancake mix, store it in the pantry and have pancakes any time!

You can easily scale this recipe up or down.
This makes enough for 40 pancakes

Ingredients:
8 cups all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar

To make 12 pancakes:
2 cups pancake mix
2 eggs
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons melted butter or oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
