Today we received another order placed by a carer on behalf of someone they support.

It reminded us that Anita Delivery isn’t just about convenience it’s also helping carers look after the people who rely on them every day.

We regularly see carers using our service to make sure people receive meals, groceries, and little treats when they need them.

To all the carers supporting older people, people with disabilities, and vulnerable members of our community, thank you. Your kindness, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed. 💚

💙 Mental Health Awareness 💙

The biggest smile isn’t always the happiest.

Some people are carrying battles you’ll never see.

They go to work. They look after others. They laugh, joke, and tell everyone they’re okay. Yet behind closed doors they may be struggling with anxiety, depression, loneliness, grief, stress, or simply the weight of life.

A simple message. A phone call. A coffee. A conversation.

You never know what someone is going through.

This month, and every month, check in on the people around you. Not because they look like they’re struggling, but because everyone deserves to know someone cares.

Sometimes the words “Are you really okay?” can make all the difference.

Be kind. Be patient. Check on your people. 💙
