Christmas beef to tick all the boxes? Grazed in surrounding farmlands/marshes, produced in our quiet, small abattoir, and sold in our traditional shop! Animals that don’t ever leave a 4-5 mile radius. Hung for a minimum of 30 days & prepared by our experienced butchers, for exceptional quality and flavour.
