Tony spent some time yesterday rearranging the meat fridge and it looks fabulous. We have a great selection of cooked meats and charcuterie, pates, cooking chorizo and Italian Salsiccia.

Try this recipe for an alternative lasagne by layering our tomato & mozzarella ravioli over the mince layer instead of lasagne sheets.
Our Tomato Frito toasted tomato sauce makes a great base for your bolognese and our 24 month aged Parmigiano and Rutland Red add depth of flavour and colour to the bechamel and the dish.
It really is a feast of a dish!
