Just a few days left to have your say on our proposals for a new Aldi food store at the former Dairy Crest site, Alexandra Road, Epsom!

Aldi's consultation will be closing shortly. Please provide your feedback by 11.59pm 7th March 2023.
Our proposals will see:
• A brand new, Aldi food store with a net sales area of 1,054 sqm
• A modern and sustainable Aldi food store, built to ‘Very Good’ BREAAM standard
• A £5m investment into the local economy
• Revitalising a disused site, with a new store in a convenient location, which would reduce the need for customers to travel to stores further afield
• A bespoke design which is unique to this site to ensure it responds to the surrounding area
• Attractive landscaping, respecting neighbouring properties and the Pike’s Hill Conservation Area
• Free customer parking with 66 spaces, including 4 designated blue badge bays and 3 parent and child bays
• Green and sustainable transport facilities including 4 dedicated electric vehicle spaces, with the potential for 8 further spaces
• Enhancement of local pedestrian network and cycle links
