Ramadan Mubarak 🌙
It’s the start of a very special month — and already I feel that familiar sense of serenity and peace settling in. There’s something about Ramadan that gently shifts everything.
Dates are what we traditionally break our fast with — simple, grounding, nourishing. These are Medjool dates* stuffed with our new cocoa & cardamom ghee… and the combo is powerful. Deep, rich cocoa. Warming cardamom. Smooth, buttery ghee. Completely delicious.
In Ayurveda, dates and ghee together are considered deeply strengthening and ‘ojas’-building — supporting energy, vitality and gentle nourishment after a long fast.
Nature’s sweetness + good fats = a beautiful balance.

Many Israeli companies operate under different labels (including from South Africa), so it’s worth checking where your dates are truly coming from. As we enter this holy month, it’s even more pertinent to continue giving our all to preserve health and dignity for all Palestinians. 🇵🇸
