Founder, Jens Christian Fredrichsen, recently met with Business Hive Advisor, Sophie Surfleet, who presented him with a hamper as he shared his reasons for joining:
"The main reason I joined the Business Hive was to promote the restaurant and fishcake business and with support from the business advisors we are looking at expanding the fishcake business around the UK.
We are also in discussions about opening a Danish food centre on the docks with local artist, Sarah Webb, who will promote her artwork depicting the connection between Grimsby and Denmark, and we are keen to look at funding options to support this start-up."
