Villa Rosso is a farmers Gouda with red pesto, fenugreek and Italian herbs. Matured for approximately 8 weeks on wooden shelves, this creamy cheese has an eye-catching red colour, and a beautiful mouth watering taste.

Thursday come and browse the stalls and grab some tasty lunch.

Friday you can enjoy the sounds and flavours Sunset beats and bites in the market square from 4pm.

Saturday we make a flying visit to 12-2.30

then we will be serving from 5pm.

Injected with Piment d’Espelette originally from the French Basque Country, this cured sheep’s cheese is characterized by the soft spicy touch and aroma that this delicious ingredient brings.
The injection technique allows to differentiate initially the flavors of cheese on the one hand and Piment d’Espelette on the other until they are melted into one, which impregnates the mouth and nose in a very pleasant way for a few moments.
