We're currently hiring for the following positions:

👉 Part Time Retail Sales Assistant
in Ewyas Harold - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and working Saturdays from 7 am until 1pm on a rota basis

👉 Part Time Deli Retail Sales Assistant
in Abergavenny - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 7 am until 4pm

👉 Full-Time Apprentice Butcheress/Butcher
in Abergavenny - 37.5 hours to include working Saturdays

Dry ageing takes time, patience and carefully controlled conditions. As the beef ages, moisture is naturally reduced, the flavour becomes richer and the meat becomes beautifully tender.

Some of the beef is lost through moisture and trimmings but what remains is steak with deeper flavour and exceptional texture.

When it comes to great beef, you can’t rush the process.
