Another successful service at Fettled tonight, it’s great to get out there and speak to the customers as I think they really like it too as it shows that you care about what you do and you want to talk to them.

Great to see so many familiar faces again and also new ones too.

Before and after the 2nd prove for the Focaccia I served up, if you look closely in the after photo you can see all the large bubbles.

These were started at 11am with 1st prove in a bowl until 1pm then stretched out into a shallow pan with plenty of olive oil and had the 2nd prove until 6pm.

Total = £85

Another cracking weekend meal deal here but things will be a bit different for this weekends meal deal as I’m at Fettled this Thursday.

Food will be delivered or collected Saturday afternoon as I will be baking fresh Focaccia on Saturday morning.

Tuscan is a sun-dried tomato and cream sauce with just a little kick of of spice and the Focaccia just goes perfect with it.

It’s a must try.

Instead of me making more food to sell I’ve made the decision not to do any midweek fresh food so I can make as many Rhubarb Crumbles as possible to sell on Wednesday night with the money made going towards the school allotment.

I’ve got some great weekend meal deals coming up so watch out tomorrow for menu drop!

It’s Hornsea Community Primary School opal family launch night Wednesday 10th I will be there with the allotment open for all to come and see, so please pop down if you want to see what I’ve done, what we are doing, any future plans, want advice or want to give advice.

I will be doing a ‘Pick your own New Potatoes’ £1 a punnet and I will be selling Rhubarb Crumbles made from the schools Rhubarb for £3.
