The Mitchell family have been farming here in this part of Scotland since 1905 and we practice the same traditional farming values that our ancestors have used for generations. We offer an extensive selection of some of the finest cured, BBQ, cooked and fresh meat products available. We’re particularly proud of our Great Taste Award winning Picnic Pork Pie, Dry Cured Bacon and Sugar Roasted Ham, and our Steak Pie and Pulled Pork Pie, both Scottish Craft Butcher award winners. Our popular Puddledub sausages are made from only the best shoulder pork, in a seasonal range of 20 flavours, including some gluten free recipes.
