π₯ Mince Curry with Potatoes.
π§ Ingredients:
500g beef mince
3β4 medium potatoes (peeled & cubed)
1 large onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (grated or chopped)
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp garlic (crushed)
1 tsp ginger (crushed)
2 tsp Durban Curry Lovers Masala
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garam masala
Salt (to taste)
1β2 cups water
Fresh coriander (optional, for
garnish)
π³ Method:
Heat oil in a pot. Add chopped onions and fry until soft and golden.
Stir in the garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
Add your Durban Curry lovers all-in one Masala!
Stir well and cook for roughly 30 seconds (donβt burn the spices).
Pour in the tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens and oil starts to separate.
Add the beef mince. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned.
Add your cubed potatoes and mix well.
Pour in 1β2 cups of water (depending on how much gravy you want).
Cover and let it simmer on low heat for about 20β30 minutes, until potatoes are soft.
Finish with garam masala
Sprinkle garam masala over and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Garnish & serve
Add fresh coriander if you like.
