Our local community cafe, and original host for the clothes swap; KuKooLaLa cafe in Jubilee Park, has launched a crowdfunder to try and help it survive the coronavirus crisis. Joy at the cafe has continued to collect baby and children's clothes, to bundle them up for families in need during these difficult times. If you are able to donate to KuKooLaLa to help them continue their brilliant community work, thank you. And please consider sharing their plea for help. 🥰

KuKooLaLa community café is here for anyone who needs us. But Covid-19 means we now need you, as we're at real risk of having to shut down.

Due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation we won't be holding swaps until lockdown restrictions are lifted. We would like to continue to help local families though so if you, or someone you know, are in need of clothes please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

We are no longer able to hold the swap
in Leyton Manor Park and we are currently looking for a new local venue. In the meantime, we’re unable to hold an event this month so please keep hold of your tickets for when we reopen & keep an eye out for information about the next swap.
Sorry for any inconvenience but hopefully this will herald an exciting new future for us!

A bunch of us did a big sort out yesterday and even managed to throw a tasty picnic lunch together. Lots of clothes that are in good condition but don't seem to be shifting off the swap shelves are off for a new life at the Charis Food Bank, where they will go to help women in dire need. Thanks everyone! X x x

Just to remind everyone there is no clothes swap for December. It would have been on Boxing Day and we figured everyone would be too busy. In our house there will be lots of eating, playing with toys and watching telly to do! The next swap will be on the last Wednesday of January. Thank you for all your support this year. Wishing everyone a lovely Christmas and a happy New Year! xx
