🐝 “The Sound That Keeps the World Alive” 🌸🌍

Once upon a time, the Earth was never silent.
The air was filled with the hum of tiny wings — bees dancing from flower to flower, carrying life wherever they went. 🌼🐝

That hum wasn’t just a sound. It was the heartbeat of nature.
It meant fruits would ripen, flowers would bloom, and fields would grow green again.

But now, that hum grows quieter. 💔
Fields that once glowed with wildflowers have turned gray with concrete.
Sprays that promise “perfect lawns” kill the very creatures that keep our world alive.

We are losing more than bees — we are losing balance.
Without them, one-third of our food would disappear. 🍎🍓🌽
No more apples, no more almonds, no more sunflowers waving in the wind.

Bees don’t ask for much. Just flowers to feed from, water to drink, and air that doesn’t burn their wings. 🌿💧

So today, let’s promise this — to plant a flower, to skip the poison, to let nature breathe again.
Because when you save a bee, you save a world. 💛🐝🌍

The bees that stay around the queen bee are called her retinue (or queen’s attendants). 🐝👑

They are young worker bees—usually only a few days to a couple of weeks old—who constantly surround the queen wherever she moves in the hive.

💛 What they do
1. Groom and clean her: they lick and clean the queen’s body and antennae to keep her perfectly clean and healthy.
2. Feed her: the queen doesn’t eat by herself—her attendants feed her royal jelly or nectar directly from their mouths.
3. Spread her scent: they pick up her special pheromones (queen substance) and pass it to other bees through trophallaxis (mouth-to-mouth contact), spreading the signal that the colony has a healthy, mated queen.
4. Protect her: they form a circle or cluster around her, keeping her safe and gently guiding her through the hive.
