To kick us off, here's a classic! Red lentil dal with rice is really quick and easy, packed with flavour, and just uses simple ingredients that won't break the bank.

We've got everything you need here on our shelves:

🌶 Curry paste or spices
🥥 Coconut cream (ormilk) + chopped tomatoes
