👩🏻🍳Weekend plans sorted 🍜🧧“Cheesy Gochujang Tteokbokki” made with BOMBOM® Gochujang - bold, comforting and perfect for sharing, especially if you‘re still celebrating Lunar New Year this weekend and gathering everyone round the table for something warm, cheesy and packed with flavour 🥢✨
👩🏻🍳Here is the full recipe for you to try at home:
👉🏻Cooking time: 30 mins | Serves: 3–4
🛒 [Main Ingredients]
500g Tteok (Korean rice cakes), 300g Seafood, Mozzarella, Cabbage, brown onion, spring onions,
2 tbsp vegetable oil & 300ml water
🌶️[The Sauce] 4 tbsp BOMBOM® Gochujang + 2 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tbsp oyster sauce + 3 tbsp sugar + 1 tbsp minced garlic
🥘 [How to Cook]
1️⃣Soak the tteok in water for 20 mins until softened. Defrost and rinse your seafood.
2️⃣In a small bowl, whisk together the Gochujang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and garlic.
3️⃣Heat oil in a pan over low heat; sauté spring onions until golden and fragrant.
4️⃣Add water, drained rice cakes, and sauce. Increase to medium heat and simmer for 6–8 mins, stirring frequently.
5️⃣Once the cakes are soft and the sauce has thickened, stir in the cabbage, onion, and seafood. Cook for a further 3–5 mins.
6️⃣Top with mozzarella, cover with a lid, and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with fresh spring onions and serve! Enjoy 😉
