Misora Yamamoto Yahagigawa Organic Nishio Matcha is cultivated in an ideal environment, blessed with the fertile soil of the Yahagi River, morning mists that nurture high-quality tea, and a mild climate. The tea leaves grown naturally without using any pesticides. As one of Japan’s top matcha-producing regions, Nishio has a rich history that dates back 800 years.

MATCHA FOR COLD WATER- AWARAKU & SUZUKUMO

Both matchas are specifically designed for mizutate (cold water preparation), making them excellent choices for enjoying a frothy cup of matcha on a hot day.

🌱 Suzukumo has a better-rounded taste with more umami and sweetness. It is considered the premium option.
🌱 Awaraku is a more economical option, less umami and sweetness.

Both of them are freeze-dried, no sifting required, mixes with cold water.
