Crispy Potato & Chicken Cutlets ๐ฅ๐โจ
Looking for a wholesome, flavour-packed snack for the whole family? These homemade Potato & Chicken Cutlets are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with taste. Perfect for lunchboxes, tea-time, or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes (boiled & mashed)
250g chicken (boiled & shredded)
ยฝ tsp black pepper powder
Salt โ to taste
2 eggs
Bread crumbs โ as needed
2 green chillies (chopped)
ยฝ cup fresh coriander (chopped)
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1 tsp chaat masala
Method:
1๏ธโฃ Boil potatoes and mash well. Boil chicken with ยฝ cup water, then shred or finely chop.
2๏ธโฃ Mix potatoes, chicken, black pepper, salt, green chillies, coriander, crushed red chillies, and chaat masala.
3๏ธโฃ Shape into round patties.
4๏ธโฃ Beat eggs with a splash of milk. Dip patties in egg, coat with bread crumbs.
5๏ธโฃ Shallow fry in oil until golden and crispy.
Serve hot with mint chutney, ketchup, or sprinkle extra chaat masala for that zing!
