Weekend recipe inspiration below 🩵💜💚

Creamy Coconut Barista. Earthy Matcha. Sweet Ube.

Layered together for one very delicious iced latte.

Iced Ube Matcha Latte

• 200ml Rude Health Coconut Barista
• 1g Matcha
• 5g Ube
• Ice

✨ In two separate bowls, add a tablespoon of hot water (around 80°C).

✨Sieve the matcha into one bowl and the ube into the other, whisking each in an ‘M’ shape until a thick froth forms.

✨Pour the ube into your favourite glass, top with ice followed by Rude Health Coconut Barista, leaving an inch from the rim to finish with matcha.

Give it a swirl and enjoy the creamy layers ✨
