This month at Chefs Cut Butchery…

We’ve made MASSIVE progress in our new unit, and here is just a snapshot.

We’ve cleaned it up, sanded down the concrete floors, installed drainage, painted what felt like 100 layers of resin flooring, built walls, boarded walls, installed installation and refrigerated panel walling, fitted all the electrics, installed a new staircase up to the offices and meeting lounge, built the staff and PPE areas, installed new doors, repaired the roof and that’s just the big jobs! 😅

Next up is boarding, plastering, and fitting all of our equipment!

It won’t be long now…

Don’t forget we’re still fully operational too in our original unit! Which will soon become our expanded commercial kitchen! We don’t do things by halves over here at Chefs Cut - and we cant wait to show you the next progress update! 💪🥩

🚨🥩 BANK HOLIDAY DELIVERY UPDATE 🥩🚨

Please note that we will be CLOSED on Bank Holiday Monday (25th May), with no deliveries taking place on Monday.

📦 Deliveries will continue as normal before the bank holiday weekend, however we strongly advise all of our wholesale/trade customers to pre-order for Saturday 23rd May to ensure stock availability.

Bank holidays are always one of our busiest periods, so planning ahead helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures you receive everything you need 👌

💙🏃‍♂️ £1,545 Raised for Epilepsy Action… and counting! 🏃‍♂️💙

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our customers and staff, we’ve raised a HUGE £1,545 (so far!) for Epilepsy Action 🙌

There’s still time to donate if you can, every contribution makes a real difference 💙

Last weekend, Chefs Cut owner James took on the TCS London Marathon (and has just about recovered! 😂) in a bid to raise both funds and awareness for epilepsy - a condition that’s often misunderstood, but can be unpredictable and life-changing for those affected.

🍔 Nothing beats a proper pub burger, does it?

Our Bells Burger is made with a juicy, gluten-free beef patty from local butcher Chef Cuts.

It’s served on a toasted brioche bun with smoked bacon, slow-cooked onions, Monterey Jack cheese, gherkin, and finished with our special Bells burger sauce.

Pop in, pull up a chair, and give it a try — it goes down very nicely with a pint 🍺
