Bespoke Dry Aged Ribeye Steaks for a private client today, he bought a full rib of beef 4 weeks ago and left it in our special dry aging cabinet for 28 days on top of the 14 days it had already had in there, the result , 8 x 12 oz pure bread Aberdeen Angus Ribeyes dry aged for 42 days (as requested) on the bone plus 20 x 4 oz dry aged a**s steak burgers , some Barbecue that’ll be !! 😋 🔥 🥩

First off we bought the first placed pair of new season Spring Lamb and the overall reserve champion spring lamb at Lancaster auction this week. They are from of Woodland Farm, Pilling and look absolutely fantastic !!

We also have 4 Scotch Mountain Lambs from the Blacks , in the heart of the Clyde valley 🤩

Open Good Friday till 12 noon , open all day Saturday as normal , closed Easter Monday.
