One of the questions I get asked most often is:
“Why is Naked Larder Sidmouth based in Weston and not in Sidmouth town centre?”
The simple answer is that being based in Weston allows me to keep my overheads low, which means I can keep prices affordable for everyone.
Many people assume shopping sustainably costs more, but that’s something I’m passionate about changing. Much of my food is priced competitively with the supermarkets, and many of my eco-friendly cleaning and personal care refills are actually much cheaper than buying new bottles from major retailers.
Being a small, garage-based refill shop also encourages a more mindful way of shopping. Rather than picking up items on impulse, customers can plan what they need, refill only what they’ll use, reduce waste, and save money at the same time.
Naked Larder isn’t just about reducing plastic—it’s about making sustainable living simple, affordable and accessible for everyone.
