Found these in my local Morrisons today! 🎉

I’ve been buying the smaller Old El Paso gluten-free wraps for ages, but this is the first time I’ve seen the LARGE ones. The girls spotted them and they were straight in the trolley as they’re one of our favourites!

If you’re near Crook, take a look at The Butchers Tap and their 100% gluten-free all-you-can-eat buffet every Saturday from 5pm.

You can enjoy a huge selection of home-cooked dishes inspired by flavours from around the world, without having to worry about gluten. At just £16 per person, it sounds like a fantastic option for a gluten-free night out.

Happy Sunday everyone!

I recently spotted a post asking for recommendations for somewhere to eat near Lichfield. I went back to reply and completely lost the post, so I thought I’d share this here instead.

If you’re looking for a coeliac-friendly place to eat, I can highly recommend the Brunning & Price pubs. For me, eating there feels like stepping back to those carefree pre-coeliac diagnosis days when you could order straight from the menu without worrying.

Brunning & Price pubs are accredited by Coeliac UK, with staff trained in gluten-free food preparation and cross-contamination prevention. They offer dedicated gluten-free menus with a great range of starters, mains, Sunday roasts and desserts, and many of their sauces, gravies and dressings are naturally gluten free.

It’s always one of my go-to choices when eating out. Have you visited any of their pubs? I’d love to hear your favourites.

Such a busy day yesterday at the The Ice Cream Farm so we decided to head to Sticky Paws restaurant early to avoid the lunchtime rush.

As soon as we arrived we were asked about allergies and intolerances and handed an allergen guide which was really reassuring. The girls had children’s chicken, chips and peas cooked in the non gluten fryer along with jacket potatoes.

After a full day of fun we headed over to the very busy ice cream parlour. I was a little nervous as ordering is now done electronically, but honestly it worked really well. You simply scan the allergy guide and choose your ice cream using the allergen info on your phone. They also have gluten free cones available 🍦

Before paying you tick the allergy box and at the counter the server will confirm everything with you. Even though it was incredibly busy, the staff were fantastic. Without us even asking they changed gloves and prepared everything using fresh tubs and utensils from the back. Really knowledgeable staff and great allergy awareness throughout 👏

Great meal out today at The Bull’s Head just outside of Macclesfield. We were absolutely spoilt for choice with so many gluten free options available, fantastic service and more than enough space outside to enjoy the sunshine while the girls happily got stuck into some colouring while we waited ☀️🖍️

Another Brunning & Price ticked off the list and this one is very close to home. Definitely one we’ll be returning to again soon 💕
