These are amazing crisped up on the BBQ or done in the oven with fresh salad in a wrap with a drizzle of mint yogurt 👌🤤

So we had a suggestion of something spicy but with perhaps a Caribbean or Jamaican vibe to it 🤔 So I had a little think about it and here it is !!
With a Caribbean Jerk / Jamaican curry taste going on.
Incorporating scotch bonnet chilli 🌶️, cinnamon, paprika, Black pepper, pimento and cloves with a little splash of lime make this a spicy tangy taste sensation with all the favours of the Caribbean….so it was only natural to call this Monster …
