Setting up a cheese business and becoming The Cheese Man was an easy decision for me because I love everything about Cheese! That love for cheese has been there for as long I can remember. I’ve worked with cheese as a Chef as well as serving cheese when I’ve worked in restaurants, hotels and private events. I remember my

first time tasting an Isle of Mull Cheddar when the restaurant I worked at bought a whole truckle, we called it 'Toby' as it was from Tobermory. Back then we had a cheese supplier who would turn up at the restaurant every week with all the cheeses in the back of his van. As chefs we all went out to taste the cheeses before agreeing what would be on the menu that week. I've always wanted to find a way to recreate that experience in my own way and share my passion for cheese with others. Look out for The Cheese Man driving around soon!
