🚢 One of the world’s largest pipelay vessels has arrived in the North Sea as another huge part of our region’s carbon capture project gets underway.

At 325 metres long, the Castorone will begin laying the 136km pipeline which will connect industry on Teesside and the Humber to permanent CO₂ storage beneath the North Sea.

This is major infrastructure being built right now to support the next generation of industry on Teesside - protecting existing jobs and helping bring new investment to our region.

Another big milestone for a project that is putting Teesside at the heart of the UK’s carbon capture industry 👍

My parents were married in , my late aunty and uncle lived here and as children it was an exciting trip to come to from my parent's farm between and .
We have lived here near Thirsk for 40 years and like many other people we know the family of through their roles as a doctor and vet.It has a strong community. For 14 years I have stood on Thirsk market on a Monday selling my own original artwork and artisan preserves including chutneys, jams ,marmalades, preserves and local honey called Winnie's Yorkshire Delights I normally sing a song when you buy called Winnies Yorkshire Delights, the Beetroot relish song. My daughter who is a vet says that every day she and all vets have to deal with bereavement of the owners and their beloved pets which is tough for everyone . from the memories that animals bring. It's all part of life but still very hard to lose a precious animal ❤️

Hello all. Hope you are all well and enjoyed the eclipse last night Confined to barracks as my tissue heals. If you are at home or listen to player listen to BBC Radio 4 and the impact of the guitar to express yourself.Its a series called 'The Guitar story' It's always fun to sing my song , the Beetroot relish song on you tube when you buy my products, normally on the markets on the guitar. My late father bought me when I was 12. My Dad always said you could play it anywhere. Little did I know I would play it from , , , to markets in North Yorkshire and . A great gift which a kind person restored for me when it was beginning to split from being dropped. We learned to play the guitar when I was at Richmond convent when we had a very innovative nun. We all learned Bob Dylan songs. I still have my handwritten songs with the notes. We were the early hippies

Hello everyone and thanks for those of you who have sent on their best wishes. I always appreciate kindness,don't forget who bothers to take the time and I am still alive even if I can't lift for a while. All the heavy lifting caused a hernia but it's complicated by a secondary issue. I am certainly not dead yet. What do you expect of a , first pregnant farmers daughter. We don't give up.
Both my parents were from farming families all born in knew # , got married in church and farmed in near the river ure.
