We're deep in Wild Garlic season and the most garlicky of our cheeses has arrived in our counters - Wild Garlic Raclette from the Swiss Emmental 🧀

Pungent bärlauch (wild garlic) goes into the rich, raw milk raclette - a great table cheese, epic for melting! Available in both of our Todmorden and Halifax shops

Just don't even think about snogging anyone for a couple of days 🤣

We're open as normal on Monday in Todmorden, however the Halifax Borough Market is closed on Bank Holiday Monday

Baron Bigod is a top 3 cheese in both our shops each week, that many of you are familiar with. Enter Rædwald, Fen Farm's reblochon style cheese, made with rich afternoon milk and sporting a delicious washed rind. Rædwald acknowledges reblochon in many ways, the cheese itself is like a top tier Reblochon Fermier, somehow even more refined with a rich glossy paste and savoury nutty, meaty flavours, also the wooden support discs when you unwrap the cheese, the label itself...

Fen Farm have really excelled with this cheese, pop by Todmorden or Halifax for a nibble of something creamy, nutty, bacon-y....
