Grateful for a cooler day today, as the last three months' of exceptional heat and dry weather has been a little too much, specially for our dear farmers; keeping our fingers crossed for them.

We're looking forward to Steve's next Sourdough Breads class next month, in time for September Sourdough🤩. He's taking registrations directly at www.ilikeitbakery.co.uk

Fingers crossed for some rain, but enjoying the sunshine too!🌦️

We had an amazing baking day with Steve and a group of lovely landscape architects from Newark.

The best cinnamon buns, baguettes, rustic loaves and beautifully made rye sourdoughs with no flying crusts!

Steve did his magic once again, delivering a fantastic baking class, as well as blending our flours to deliver beautiful bakes that look as great as they taste!🙏🤗
