These are not for the faint-hearted 🌶️🔥

They’re hot.

And they absolutely mean business.

Proper meaty sausages with a serious kick — the kind that start off tasty and then boom… there it is. A proper heat that lingers (in a good way… we promise 😅).

Hand made right here in our shop, like all our sausages, using quality local meat and blended with a spice mix that’s not messing about.

We’ve added some proper flavour to the shelves 👌

These rubs have been flying out — and once you try them, you’ll see why.

Whether it’s beef, pork, chicken or even a tray of roasted veg, there’s a blend here that’ll lift it to the next level. Sweet, smoky, punchy, or with a bit of heat — they’re proper, no-nonsense flavours.

🐷 Sweet Bones & Butts – Maple BBQ goodness that’ll make your ribs behave very badly.
🐮 Dirty Cow – Built for brisket. Bold, beefy, slightly dramatic.
🪽 Pigasus – Bacon. Honey. Jalapeño. It flies. (On wings. Obviously.)
