A little throwback to a very special birthday from two years ago. 🎳❤️
My son🙍‍♂️has always been my biggest inspiration🥰, and everything started with the desire to create memorable birthday cakes just for him❤
For his 12th birthday, I wanted to create something truly personal, so I poured my heart ❤ into this cake and handcrafted a miniature bowling lane right on top.
Every detail, from the bowling pins🎳 to the colorful decorations 🎉 was made with love and excitement to celebrate his special day🎊
Looking back, this cake is more than just a dessert it's a sweet memory of creativity, family 👨‍👩‍👦 and the joy of making a child's birthday extra special.
Two years later, it still brings a smile to my face and reminds me that the best creations are the ones made with love. 💙💙💙

Totul a început din dorința de a-i face băiatului meu tortul pentru prima lui aniversare.
Nu mi-am imaginat atunci că acel tort va fi începutul unei pasiuni care mă va aduce aici.
Privesc cu recunoștință la tot ce am învățat și la cât de mult am evoluat de-a lungul anilor. Mulțumesc tuturor celor care au avut încredere în mine și au făcut parte din această călătorie❤️

Când încerci sa faci un video estetic cu felia de tort, dar soțul incepe testarea produsului din cealaltă camera.🤣🍰
Uneori nu e nevoie de descrieri sofisticate, ingrediente enumerate sau note de degustare.
E nevoie doar de un sot care, după prima înghițitură, exclamă: „Mamă, ce bunatate! Wow!”
Cred că tortul a trecut testul. 🤣🍰❤

În ultimele zile v-am prezentat, pe rând, fiecare element care stă la baza acestui tort: blaturile pufoase, cremele fine și inserturile care adauga surpriza și contrastul perfect. Fiecare componentă are propria personalitate, însă adevărata magie apare atunci când toate se întâlnesc într-un singur desert.
Astăzi a venit momentul să vă arăt rezultatul final.😮 Exteriorul este primul care atrage privirea, dar interiorul este cel care spune întreaga poveste. Fiecare felie dezvăluie straturi atent alese, texturi care se completează reciproc și gusturi care se îmbină armonios pentru a crea un desert echilibrat și elegant.
Pentru mine, un tort reușit nu înseamnă doar un aspect frumos, ci și emoția pe care o transmite atunci când este tăiat și împărțit cu cei dragi. Iar acesta este unul dintre acele torturi în care fiecare detaliu a fost creat cu răbdare, atenție și multă pasiune.
Acum sunt curioasă: ce vă cucerește mai mult la un tort: aspectul exterior sau secțiunea care dezvăluie toate surprizele din interior? 💕🍰

Fiecare tort își spune povestea pas cu pas❤
După pregătirea foilor și a cremelor🍓 urmează una dintre etapele mele preferate: asamblarea.Aici toate elementele se întâlnesc și încep sa prindă forma desertului final.🍰
Strat după strat cu rabdare și atenție la fiecare detaliu, tortul se transforma intr-o experienta pregătită sa aducă bucurie în fiecare felie.🥰
Mai este doar un pas pana la transformarea completa...iar finalul urmează în curand! ❤🍰

🍰Misterul continua...
După ce v-am aratat cele doua inserturi care fac parte din noul tort, astăzi va prezint o alta piesa din puzzle: blatul de fistic 😮🌿
Pufos, delicat și plin de aroma, este baza perfecta pentru ceea ce urmează ❤
Dezvălui treptat fiecare element, dar imaginea completa mai are puțin de asteptat. 🤫
