JL Butchers provides a service in Wokingham (Squires), West Byfleet and online. Passionate about BBQ we are able to supply smoking meats / bbq meats online. Briskets, Pork Ribs, Pork Butts alongside tradtional BBQ cuts. We also provide monthly Butchery Courses.

What a fantastic day we had yesterday!! 12hrs onsite at this beautiful house in Chobham for a post wedding party for 120 guests. Spit roasts pork & lamb, smoked Brisket, Chimichurri Chicken, Boerewors, salads and an incredible dessert platter thanks to PLUS s’mores latter in the evening! We also arranged hire of all tableware, garden furniture and bar staff! Next up jousting event 12th & 13th September

What a day!!! Country & ‘Cue was amazing!! I handed over the reigns of the BBQ to Matt, David & Toby and boy did they smash it!!! Did me so proud!! And sharing the stage with Ross Grant doing butchery demos was definitely a highlight! Thankyou Ross for organising the entire Hot Wing challenge and dealing with me over the last few weeks leading up to yesterday! Already planning 2027!! 🔥
