Great farmers.
2025 ADVICE TO ALL MEMBERS.
Don't stop agriculture keep pushing,keep doing it with passion.
Instead of you to stop reduce the number of stock for example if you have 1000 birds you will reduce to the one you can manage effectively.
Focus only on the business you can manage don't waste your resources on any business you cannot manages
Move with peoples that can encourage you ,not the peoples who will not add value to your business stop moving with peoples who discourage someone.
If you want to successful in any business don't listen to negative word.
Learn from your mistake,learn from success and failure keep pushing.
I want to encourage us that no success come without pains let continue doing agriculture with passion
Don't start from big don't borrow money to start livestock farming, start with the little capital/ resources you have be patient allow it to grow to big
Passionate farmers never stop.
Passionate farmers don't listen to negative word.
Passionate farmers focus on commitment, consistency.
