這款高蛋白燕麥香蕉朱古力蛋我常做
甜味來自香蕉,不另外加糖
放雪櫃冷藏慢慢吃,也是老公的下午茶
材料:
燕麥80g (我用steel-cut oat)
雞蛋2隻
香蕉1條(大size)
蛋白粉30g
泡打粉5g
朱古力粉 15g
朱古力8.6g(我用70-90%的黑朱古力)
全部mix好,氣炸鍋180度20分鐘
