The ultimate battle for burger supremacy has officially kicked off across Hong Kong! From now until 28 June, our Head Chefs from all six locations are going head-to-head with their ultimate burger creations for HK$208 each (served with golden chips).

First up on your hit list, representing Clearwater Bay, we have the magnificent double-patty pork burger! 🏆

We’ve stacked two juicy pork patties and layered them with a sweet, punchy honey-pepper sauce, perfectly melted Comté cheese, and a lovely crunch of crispy fried shallots. It is an absolute stunner of a summer bite.
