One of the highlights for our junior farmers in the farming year… A couple of hours spent aboard the combine with our neighbouring farmer and friend John!! Looking forward to getting the straw from these fields home and stored for the winter months ahead 🌾🌾 The wheat has been harvested and delivered to a local mill and will compliment our grass silage to produce the finest beef and lamb for our valued customers Carlow Farmers Market

Two heads is better than one….. in this case a complicated delivery with both lambs in a hurry to enter the world at once!! Thankfully a successful outcome and an end to our spring lambing for this year🙏 with over 400 lambs arriving in the past few weeks we can assure you of no shortages unlike our fuel situation. Happy Easter and thanks again for all your support as we celebrate four wonderful years in business this week! 🥳 Graham & Shauna
